By confronting and working through the conflicts and challenges of my own life, together with extensive training and experience in Co-counselling, Primal Integration (a non-directive, full-range approach to personal growth and development) and Mindfulness practice, I have learnt and developed the listening, coaching and supportive skills I use in my work.
Through my role as teacher and tutor in Adult Education for over thirty years, I have applied and further developed my skills, mentoring, encouraging, motivating, coaching, counselling and supporting adult students in their personal, academic and professional development.
