Healing oneself is the process of becoming whole, healthy in mind and body. This involves discovering, resolving and releasing all that is disturbing the mind, constricting the body, obstructing the natural rhythm and flow of our being. Healing oneself brings change, transformation and growth.

I believe that there exists within us a natural capacity for healing, transformation, a power to transcend the past, a drive towards health and wholeness.
