Through direct personal experience, I have learned the immense value and effectiveness of mindfulness in developing a deepening understanding and awareness, in healing ourselves and transforming the way we live. It is an integral part of my life and work.

I have had extensive training and experience in Co-counselling, Primal Integration (a non-directive, full-range approach to personal growth and development) and Mindfulness meditation.

For more than thirty years I have worked as a tutor in Adult Education, mentoring, motivating, coaching, counselling and supporting adult students in their personal and academic development.
